Here at Westside...
At Westside Wiggles, we believe play is more than just fun -- it's how children learn, grow, and connect with the world around them. Our space was thoughtfully designed to encourage movement, creativity, and meaningful play experiences for children and their families.
Our Story
Westside Wiggles was founded in 2026 by the Hornsby family, inspired by a desire to create the kind of play space we wished existed for our own children -- safe, welcoming, and designed for real play. Recognizing the absence of a safe indoor space in the greater Hamilton community where kids could truly be kids, we set out to create a place where children could move freely, build confidence, socialize, explore, and let their imaginations lead.
Every element of Westside Wiggles -- from soft play structures that encourage climbing and gross motor movement, to open floor space and sensory-friendly elements that invite creativity -- was thoughtfully designed to support our mission of child-led play and connection.
Our space is primarily centered around creative play, with a layout that prioritizes safety, visibility, and ease for families. We also offer seasonal and rotating events, private play sessions, and party rentals, all guided by simple, family-friendly policies that keep the focus on fun, respect, and community.
Today, Westside Wiggles proudly serves the greater Hamilton community, staying true to our belief that when children are free to wiggle in a safe, supportive environment, families and communities grow.
